With our impending ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY looming (September 15) Go Figure News has decided to have a contest for the most intriguing, creative diorama - an image of an action figure(s) in any setting of your choosing. The entire GOFN Team (along with our beloved readers and fans) will decide which is the most innovative and wild. If your photo is chosen you will not only win bragging rights, you will take home a seriously fun mystery box of geeky goodies! That's right.

Congratulations, you have 48 hours to claim your prize, though even if you do not, you will go down in history as our first-ever 'Diorama Contest' winner!
CONTEST: The world you create can be joyousness incarnate or post-apocalyptic, conceptually abstract or wry/hysterical. We welcome all strata of the creative mind (except NSFW, sorry). You do not need to build an actual diorama (but you are welcome to - and all efforts will be considered, of course). The figure/s can simply be placed in an environment of your choosing - and it's OK if you DIY or ask a whole host of friends to help. The types of figures can range from superheroes to Muppets to the unknown - and the theme is up to you. Simple as that.
We will also have people weigh-in with their votes and opinions via the Facebook Photo Album right here. All submissions will remain on view in this album until otherwise archived. The winner's image will become our Facebook banner for a week in October (unless we do not reachour goal by that time). The contest will run until we reach our goal of 2000 Followers (only 400 + left to go). Once we reach that number the contest will be complete and we will choose a winner once all votes are waged. You may, of course, SHARE the album and encourage people to vote for your image with a Like.
RULES:
Submit a single (1), original (of your own making) action figure diorama image to gofigurenews (one entry per person). Image should be a JPG file and at least 800 x 1000 (in either direction) at 72DPI for easy sending. If the image is too small it will be disqualified;
Image must contain at least one action figure (if not several, no limit) and a background that is original, creative, unique;
Contest ends when we reach 2000 Followers on our Facebook page (share with your friends and colleagues);
Winner will be chosen by a combination of GOFN Team and Likes ("votes") via the Facebook Album.
No purchase is necessary, however, you must like our Facebook Page to be eligible;
This contest is only open to US-based submissions (sorry).
