Many knights of many nights’ long past have been valiant sword fighters. Many slew dragons with wit alone. Only the bravest would clad armor and donned a trusty gardening tool. Only one would uphold the cherished moniker of “Shovel Knight”. Known throughout the land to wield only a shovel but still managed to best the rest in combat, Shovel Knight in spare times of leisure can be found digging for treasure to pawn at local shops for meal tickets and magic potions of heart-girthing strength.
You would assume saving the land would pay better than buried treasure but I guess he is doing it for love after all. The love of getting his shovel dirty. This Amiibo figure is pretty neat and I am by far “digging” it. With a slight gleam to his armor and the 2P ability it gives in the WiiU game and the extra content in the 3DS version it is well worth the $13 -$16 price tag. (not quite as nice as an extra meal ticket but this amiibo will do fine.)
