Russian Scifi Brings Koma (2017)

So I happened to see this Russian trailer the other day while on Youtube and boy, when I saw it I thought to myself, these creatures would make awesome toys. The movie looks like it could be pretty cool too. It's called Koma (Coma) and looks like a nice mixture of the Matrix/Inception. No word on if or when it will make it's way to America. It's set to come out in Russia in 2017. Enjoy the English subtitled trailer below....
