There is an insurgence happening right now, taking the form of Halo Spartans, Soldiers and a Master Chief. There are six Halo 5 figures total (sold separately), and a 21" Warthog that comes paired with the Master Chief himself. These figures are made to be "rough and tumble" for kids. These will give some of Hasbro's similarly sized 12" figures a run for the money.
One thing that sticks out is, to date, these are likely the most sizable figures in this franchise to be made available. They also feature fifteen points of articulation, but from the promo pictures they look slightly 'plastic-y'. Though the helmets and hands look pretty cool. That said, they will have a lower price tag than most other like-scale figures. They each come with a weapon and have the following in the line-up (no Grunts, unfortunately):
