Expected next month from Jakks Pacific comes a BB-8 figure for the rest of us. Sure, here you have the 'cute factor' of the latest Star Wars incarnation, The Force Awakens, but here he stands a proud 18" tall (scaled for their 31" figure line). So he's closing in on life-size and this would look smart in the corner of anyone's room. This figure also features lights, a swiveling head, sounds and a spring-loaded arm hidden behind a trap door. Great for a cosplay scene, great for the kids, the family pet, just for show and tell.
