Hey go-friend! As we enter our third year publishing online with a dedication to independent toymakers and designer toys, we are excited to mention a few things going on behind-the-scenes at GOFN. First, as you may have noticed, we recently had some minor facelifts in terms of page design. We are always evolving on that front and try to do so without pomp and circumstance. Why not stop by once in a while with a simple RSS feed to update you on the latest + greatest! We added a new Interviews section which we plan to build on, as well as hoping to add some video content as suggested by one of our super-fans. And even more recently we also added our top ten recent Video selections from our YouTube Channel. Subscribe today so you don't miss a beat between binge watching episodes of Stranger Things and Mr. Robot? Besides, they don't have upcoming interviews with Kyle Kirwan and Alex Solis (we do)!
In the following week we are beyond thrilled to bring you reviews for some exciting figures and things from 1000toys/Mechatro WeGo, MVD Entertainment, Gary Baseman (thanks to our friends at Tenacious Toys) and a much belated new episode of Coffee + Collectibles! We also have another surprise toy coming from Japan that we are excited about (shhhhh). Look forward to our third and final installment of our series on Enamel Lapel Pins (Pin It On: EP1, EP II) to include shiny things from Divided Youth, Suckadelic and Ron English (and maybe a few other surprises thrown in). So stay tuned for those plus we have a new partnership to be announced soon that will bring you a look into some fascinating collectors living spaces (garages, spare rooms, and entire home decor!).
SAVE THE SHOP!: Lastly, after our recent sale in the GO-Shop we are considering putting it to bed unless we have some traffic in the coming weeks -- we are adding some fun New Items this week! So, support and sustain if you can, it really does make a difference for us to keep this site greenlit (this is my sole career these days). Again, we only have one of each item as these come from our own collection and items that have been reviewed on the site.
