1/12 SCALE HAS GROWN UP! We are so thrilled to learn that Japanese maker 1000toys' TOA Heavy Industries Synthetic Human (from Tsutomu Nihei) will demo alongside Jomon Kugutu + Izmojuki Probe 20WT (w/a special announcement) at this year's New York Comic Con. This is long anticipated, and we can't wait to see what they have in store. The Synthetic Human is a "multi-role agent" adaptable for various combat. His face is a mask that mimics a human face. 1000toys has said "the early stage prototype of the Synthetic Human has a self-learning A.I. installed.". These are looking so elegant, and ready for action, as in hands-on demos! At press time we can't say if they will have them available for purchase or for reserve (more info forthcoming), though their team will be there in full force to show the geek-o-sphere how these amazing figures pose like there is no tomorrow. So set your sights on the NSURGO Booth #505. I salute the toymaker for making an appearence while the prototype is still in a functioning process - so be part of its realization, do a demo! BACKSTORY: Our second collaboration project with BAIT is none other than Storm Shadow, the arch enemy of Snake Eyes, in the same G.I.JOE × TOA Heavy Industries style! Storm Shadow, in his white ninja garb which symbolizes 'death', ambushes Snake Eyes who was on a rescue mission. His left eye glistens from under the mask, and slowly draws the bow towards his old arch enemy. The duel of fate between white and black, is once again repeated after a distant time...
