Izmojuki is Live On Kickstarter by 1000toys

After our recent interview with 1000toys (yes, the same folks who developed the 1:6 Scale Synthetic Human) and our review of their collaborative work on the Mechatro WeGo that we reviewed here it is unquestionable to us that this is one of the more innovate toymakers on the international scene. We are in high anticipation for their TOA Heavy Industries x G.I. Joe project with Hasbro, and then comes this big news immediately after a stellar presentation at Designer Con just days ago! Their crowdfunding versions of the 1/12 Scale IZMOJUKI has arrived on Kickstarter!

We love Junji Okubo's design with interchangeable parts, soft PVC tires and ball-jointed legs. The fictional promo video up top will give you a look at these fantastic new releases which are anything but fictional. They've even designed two in eye-catching metallics. For their goal set at 50K they have already surpassed the midpoint in just five days, and you can get one of their amazing robot figures for a huge discount during the campaign (and it includes international shipping!).

As you can see there are five models and these wonders have some of the best articulation we have ever experienced in a toy, bar none. That will be ensured here as they've gone through precision tests to get the joints to perform the smoothest range of motion available anywhere, not to mention retractable feet as well. And the white body version will ONLY be available as part of the Kickstarter.

ALL IN: There are a range of giving levels, though it looks as though the early bird tier has been swept up in just a few days. That said, there are plenty of opportunities to support this enduring project that we endorse full force! Pledge now through December 18th.
