SLIPPERY WHEN WET: Josh Mayhem has been up to plenty in the past few years, experimenting with a variety of techniques in the growth of his Blown Away series. Though recently at DCon he changed it up a bit and I must say, this time around has come up with a very winning combination of approach and possibility. These one-off resin cast figures are eye-poppingly stunning and one can imagine as this is officially licensed by Kidrobot that there will be a clamor to collect one of these true beauties.
They came in a few flavors including: Candy Apple (!), Black Chrome and White Pearl. By combining his drip/melt motif but this time levitating instead of surging forward or backward, the effect is nailed! Our eyes and ears are open about any potential availability.
