The cinematic spoiler is at the core of the latest project from Scott Kinnebrew AKA the Forces of Dorkess. This reminds me faintly of another earlier bootleg art toy of John Carpenter's The Fog by Death by Toys, depicting some polyester fiberfill as a replacement for the weather. Both are certainly a huge wink to movie gold with a twist. But here we have a limited edition of 10 that is a bit of an end all comment of sorts. This figure offers more punctuation than it does commentary. I suppose for any of the throngs of fans of the film, the usual observational wryness turns to literal dust here. The Cast Of Rogue One, like the pet rock or supposed swatches from the Shroud of Turin, this offers its audience a momento to its history and origins. There should be a few left here.
