Today is Art Day, a social media feed about art history (yes, art history) just launched a Kickstarter campaign for our new Vincent van Gogh action figure. though unlike the slick figs made by NECA and Mezco Toyz, we see it closer to the realm of our beloved independent designer toys of course. What's exciting is it's just the first figurine in their Art History Heroes Collection. Get this, it has detachable ears (as it should!) and you can make your own easel from the box and display miniature masterpieces. We covered a few similar figures in the past from FCTRY and Fine Arts Action Figures, but this is something new.
They've reached 40% of their goal this past week, so they just need a lil' push to get these out to the art lovers amongst us.
