One thing I've yet to articulate here at Go Figure News is my love for animals, real or fictional. One of my favorite paths of all-time was a rescue bunny that was being mistreated at a frat house. It's so refreshing to know that Flat Bonnie and friends donate partial proceeds from all sales to animal rescue organizations. What's more, the team that has brought us so many incredible soft collectibles delivers the goods big time with their very own nod to Star Wars for WonderCon. BunEwok is a 12 inch handmade plush figure, running for and extremely reasonable 45 bucks. This limited edition is made of fleece, fake fur and pleather - making it adorable, relevant and super ego conscious. Given the plethora of creative things made on an annual basis, I wish more toymakers had similar standards.
These will be signed and numbered and come with a "adoption certificate". Look for Flat Bonnie in booth Number 2130 at the 'con which runs March 31st to April 2nd at the Anaheim Convention Center. Oh, it will also be a small run of enamel lapel pins in the image of said figure, these measure 1.25 inches made in hard enamel for 10 bucks. Mixed in match!
