Hi guys! We are still completely reeling from yesterday's announcement about our nomination for Best Blog (register + vote here) in this year's Designer Toy Awards. And while we hope that everybody is out there their favorites, I take a stab at who may take home gold this year. First off, I decided not to predict the six fan choices but put focus on the 13 categories that will be selected by a jury panel. Just so you are clear this year's event is a change of location and format. Still in New York City, but now on the piers, and still produced by Clutter Magazine for their very own Five Points Festival, celebrating its inaugural year! The award ceremony will be held on May 19 and VIP tickets are still available, with Morgan Spurlock hosting. I think it's going to be huge bash and I will be there, breaking my con-phobia for the very first time. Let's meet up, have a beer and have a rave event!
