GOshelf: Week 1

Starting this week Go Figure! will feature our Weekly GOshelf that will showcase a few select items that are out there in the collectorsphere waiting to be added to your cases + cabinets + cubbies! These are going to be items that have dazzled us from afar and if they land on our office doorstep one day we will surely unbox and review from end-to-end. These figures will primarily be from our current friendly affiliates, however, if a toymaker out there would like to be showcased we welcome you to reach out so we may have the opportunity to be in touch and raise some awareness about your wildest wares. We don't want to play it safe here at Go Figure, so we are open to the most avant garde to obscure figures that might get overlooked otherwise. Don't be shy, we're not! Contact us right here. Now, for this week's special figures:

Happy Cont. 75th! He's Tight - check out those guns! First up is easily found on Toy Wars front page right now. Yes, the Caped Crusader in an extremely stealthy format at 9.5" tall this one comes from Play Arts/Kai and is one of the more realistic variations on the Arkham Origins Batman we have seen in quite some time. This is Batman when he first started on his path as a vigilante. Amazing cape range, and sharply cut, this lil' tough guy belongs with some of your better DC Collectibles for sure. Beyond just intense detail you will find this figure incredibly poseable with several articulation points (even in the cape!) and various accessories (Battarang, grapple gun and interchangeable hands), fit for the window box he comes in (pictured). Also, there are other incredible figures available in the same series like Deathstroke (!) and others. He's available and in stock now, and please note that we looked around and noticed there was at least one other retailer selling this exact figure for more than $20 the price that Toy Wars is asking. I'd grab this bad boy because he is longing to save the day (or night as it may be in his case)! Oh, yes, he does come with a display stand so he'll look tall and proud once you have put him in place.

Happy 30th: Who You Gonna Call?

Next up is a super-cool take on Egon Spengler from Mattel. Yes, he's blonde and his jumpsuit is real cloth with a plastic power-pack ans ruby red spectacles! This is the Retro-Action Collector Figure and he is today's Daily Deal from Entertainment Earth and you can pick him up for less than half price, folks, he's ten bucks! You can't go wrong whichever way you splice this wacky wayback time machine moment! He's based on the animated series from the neon 80's, so it's nice nostalgia come to life. Love the determined, masculine face sculpt, measuring 8" tall. Of course if you love him so much once he's in your home you can add Peter Venkman or Ray Stanz anytime (but they are on sale too)! Get him before he's gone.

THE FASTEST DRAW IN THE UNIVERSE!

Here is Rio Blast (Riolus Blast) from Mattel. Complete with the most brilliant handlebar stache around! The hair sculpt is just awesome, you don't wanna mess with this pumped warrior. At nearly 9" tall his gruff look makes for a heroic gunslinger in the Masters of the Universe. This is a Club Eternia Exclusive and his snap-on backpack with ammo tubes is easily attached to his wrists. This is a muscular deal from our friends at Big Bad Toy Store and he's in stock now!
